what goes into an ultimate veggie sandwich:

a good quality bread with clean ingredients: i suggest going to a local bakery and picking up a whole wheat loaf or sourdough loaf. At the grocery try to find a bread with the shortest ingredient list or you can always count on a sourdough bread. A key to the bread is TOAST it.

the spread: a tasty spread brings so much flavor to your sandwich. my favorites: dijon mustard, hummus, bitchin sauce, or balsamic & olive oil w/ salt & pepper.

avocado: smashed avocado brings that creaminess & a good quality fat to your sandwich. always a staple.

your favorite veggies: last but not least load your sandwich w/ your favorite veggies. my go to: tons of spinach + pickles + onion + tomato.
