energizing green morning smoothie
GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango
a big handful of spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup coconut water
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a blender & blend for about a minute. Always start with less liquid than you think bc you can always add more to keep the consistency thick!

I’ll always be a smoothie gal! Blending benefits from the whole food rather than just the liquid which also removes the fibrous part. By blending you also break it down to make it easier to digest.
