My health and fitness are huge priorities in my life that I don’t take for granted.

They are both things you must give something to get something. Procrastinating, pushing it off, complaining does no good & it only shows. 

When you take care of your health & push yourself beyond your limits people know. And people know that it doesn't come from a magic pill or a special workout. It comes from the dedication, grit, perseverance that happens day in and day out. Not just a one day a week run or a special cleanse or diet. It's a way of life. And that my friend is a special thing that nobody can take away from you.

Fitness:

It teaches us how to commit to daunting goals. // It teaches us how to create purpose & meaning.// It teaches us how to take action instead of making excuses. // It teaches us how to stop playing the victim & taking responsibility. // It teaches us how to work hard instead of procrastinating & creating bad habits. // It teaches us how to push through pain & adversity. // It teaches us how to choose long term satisfaction over immediate gratification. // It teaches us follow through. // It creates in us a strong mindset to be able to get through low valleys & tough situations. // It teaches us patience & grace. // It teaches us commitment & gives us a mindset of endurance to never fail. // It builds more than muscle, it builds character. // It gives us more than a better body, it gives us a better life.
